Common fixes

The widget is not updating

Open Centa once; it refreshes every widget on launch. On some Android phones (Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Realme) battery optimisation stops background work: in your phone's settings, set Centa to "No restrictions" or "Allow background activity". On iPhone, widgets refresh on a schedule the system controls; opening the app forces it.

A widget tap did not appear in Activity

Taps are queued and processed within seconds in the background, or the moment you open the app. If the app was force-closed, open it once and the queue is processed.

Restoring Centa Pro on a new phone

Settings → Centa Pro → Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.

I forgot my backup passphrase

The backup cannot be opened without it, by anyone. Start fresh and export a new backup with a passphrase you will remember.

Deleting your data

Centa has no accounts, so there is nothing to delete on our side. To remove everything: uninstall the app, or open your phone's app settings for Centa and clear its storage. Both remove the local database, widget data and settings. Delete any backup or CSV files you exported yourself.
